Sajt za nekretnine (objekat u izgradnji)

check the images in this folder and also the mp4 footage...
I need you to recreate these images (non-example images) and few frames from the footage (starting frame, end frame and also 5 between)
I added example images (named example 1,2,3...6) so you know which style I need

the image attached is the final look of the building. but the video needs to start from the excavated soil, then the concrete foundation is built, machines around... construction is happening, first bricks, concrete, metals etc.. after that facade, nice look until it's completely done to final image.

I need you to create me same video as @VIDEO_TAG but per images style that I attached.. check all other images. and recreate my video in that style

After that make a 3d look of this plan. and after that give me a prompt that I will use for video generator.. and there I would need a virtual 3d like walking/drone tour of apartment.. like its going into balcony and visiting all rooms

Create an architectural CGI apartment tour with a smooth floating camera, combining a gentle drone approach with an interior walking tour. (here is apartment plan @3D_PLAN_IMAGE) Follow the supplied lower one-bedroom apartment layout exactly. The roofless 3D image is a layout reference; show normal full-height walls and ceilings throughout the video. Exclude the upper apartment, second bedroom/safe room, shared stairs and lift. Begin immediately outside the widened balcony, slightly above its glass railing. Glide over the railing, settle at eye level, and move beside the outdoor seating and planters. Enter the apartment through an open sliding glass door. Slowly explore the living room, revealing the sofa and armchair. Curve around the round dining table, then move beside the kitchen island to show the cabinetry, sink and cooktop. Follow the hallway and briefly reveal the apartment entrance. Enter the bedroom through its doorway, showing the bed, wardrobe and window, then return to the hallway. Enter the bathroom and reveal the vanity, toilet and glass shower. Return through the living area and finish on the planted balcony. Match the reference materials: white walls, light oak, beige upholstery, sage accents, pale stone, dark window frames and gray balcony tiles. Keep every planter, shrub, piece of furniture and architectural feature consistent throughout. Use natural daylight, smooth slow movement, gentle turns, a level horizon and a natural wide-angle lens. Travel through real doorways and clear floor space. No passing through walls, glass or furniture; no teleporting, changing layouts, disappearing objects, additional rooms, people, captions or watermarks.

I need you to create elegant website, same styles as this one https://www.belgradewaterfront.com/

take logo, fonts, colors, styles and other things from that site.

Hero section should have a video showing the construction of the building (construction_final.mp4)... and it should be a loop (loop should work like this: start video, end video, and then backward from end to start)... on the left side there should be heading, some text and CTA that says to look the apartments and location.

When CTA is clicked, website should scroll me down where there will be birds eye view video (zoom_final) and that one should not move until I scroll.. 3-4 scrolls should bring me all the way to the end of the video. and it should stay at the end...

In that case, I should be able to hover over balconies.. and when I hover, that hovered one should be highlighted nicely.. and the line should be going to the right and on the right should be glass effect box with infomration about that apartment (add icons)..

If I click whatever balcony it should fade out and fade in into new video (apartment_tour_fnl) which is apatment tour... I should be able to scroll first to the living room and it should show glass effect box with info about living room, then when I scroll again it should show kitchen information, and after that bedroom info, and bathroom info.. all of that followed with video animation... Make sure that main parts of the room are visible and not covered with that glass box.
